Meerkat Films is a production company with bases in Newcastle and London. We specialise in film and TV content creation. We also provide professional production services for the industry. Recent projects include 'The Camels That Race' for National Geographic, 'The Ball' an award winning short and 'Crossing Hell's Mouth' for BBC.

With our Red Scarlet 4k digital cinema camera and 5.1 surround sound aquisition we strive for a film-like quality to our work, whether documentary or drama. Have just finished our latest doc, 'The Camels that Race' we're concentrating on our two features in development: 'Callcentre' and 'Above Time' and we're shooting another short in the summer of 2012 with writer Bridget Deane.
